Quality Control Unit

Every entity acknowledges and understands the importance of providing customers and stakeholders a consistent service to which they are entitled to. Consequently the Agriculture and Rural Payments Agency set up the Quality Control Unit.
 
 
The main objective of this unit is to ameliorate the service provided as well as to ensure timely and correct payments to beneficiaries. This is achieved by:
  • Ensuring that procedures adopted by units within the Agency are in line with guidelines and Manuals of Procedure
  • Highlighting anomalies after carrying out checks and list the actions to be taken
  • Gathering feedback from beneficiaries through surveys.


In this regard the Quality Control Unit adopts a holistic approach when carrying out its checks by analysing and following through all and the whole processes implemented within the Agriculture and Rural Payments Agency. This initiates at the Front Office being the application stage and ending until the authorisation stages.
